2024 Rowing Challenge
On Saturday, April 6, 2024, the Vigo County YMCA will host the Wabash Valley Crew's Third Annual Rowing Challenge.
The Rowing Challenge will consist of 3 races, with registration beginning at 8am, followed by the Celebrity 500 (9 am), Corporate Race (9:30 am), and
First Responders Race (10:30 am). All awards will be given at 11:30am. For the Corporate Race, ten teams of five each will compete against each other on Erg machines (indoor rowing machine) for a total of 4,000 meters. Each corporate team entry costs $750, the first responders and military costs $125, and celebrities will invite their fans to donate,
with all proceeds helping to fund Crew Scholarships to insure that
anyone can have a chance to experience rowing in our community!
